How do I enquire about an online order I have made?

How do I return or exchange a product?
For in store purchases:
If you’ve purchased your product from a nude location you will need to contact the store directly.
If there’s anything we can do to help you with this process please contact us.
For online purchases:
We will gladly refund or exchange any online purchase within 21 days of receipt, within reasonable use. Please contact customer service via the contact us form or on 0800 634 4366 (during UK office hours), quoting your order number. All products should be returned to Nude skincare, Studio 9, 2 Pinchin Street, London, E1 1SA, UK.

Is it safe to use my credit card for online orders?
We don’t hold any credit card details, the payment section of the shopping process is done completely by the bank.
We don't hold onto your personal details unless you ask us to.

SKINCARE QUESTIONS
Are Nude products suitable for allergy sufferers?
Lactose Intolerance: Lactose is present in all of our moisturisers, but due to the way the ingredients are processed the allergens are deactivated, and should cause no reaction.
Essential Oils: are used in most of our products at very low concentrations, well below 0.5%.

Are Nude’s fragrances natural?
All our fragrances are 100% natural, made from pure floral waters and essential oils.
Are the skincare products vegan?
We use milk based ingredients and bees wax in some of our products.We do not use any other animal ingredients.
How long do my products last?
Nude products have a life span of 3 years un-opened and 6 months once open.
Can the skincare products be used during pregnancy or on children?
Yes, our skincare products are 98% natural and use ingredients that the body can understand and use without harm. Nude chooses to formulate without parabens, sulphates, PEGs, TEAs and DEAs, propylene glycol, phthalates, GMOs, mineral oils and silicones.
Our products contain essential oils; however all are at safe levels, well below 0.5%.
We would not recommended our supplements if you are pregnant or nursing.

How are Nude products preserved?
A quarter of our range is naturally preserved while the rest of the range is preserved with our safe, synthetic and non-irritating preservative system.
Why does Nude not have an SPF in the range?
We are currently in the process of developing one. We promise to keep you posted.
Can I use Nude products while applying prescription medication to my skin?
We are not able to advise on the use of our products in conjunction with prescription medication, but our products are particularly gentle and soothing for irritated or damaged skins.
SUPPLEMENTS QUESTIONS
Are Nude supplements vegan and/or vegetarian?
Our Advanced Multivitamin, Detox and the night capsule of our Age Defence supplements are vegetarian and vegan.
Hydrate and the day capsules of our Age Defence supplements are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans as we use prion-free bovine gelatine in the capsules.
Why do some of your supplements use animal based soft-gel capsules?
Prion-free bovine gelatine is used to encapsulate our more highly concentrated actives.
Hydrate and our day Age Defence supplements use prion-free bovin gelatine in the capsules.
We are looking for a vegetarian solution for the future.

Can I take Nude supplements during pregnancy?
Our supplements have not been evaluated in clinical studies for safety during pregnancy or breast feeding. We suggest that you consult your doctor.
Can I take Nude supplements with prescription medication?
Unfortunately we are not in a position to advice on the use of our vitamin supplements in conjunction with prescription medication. Please consult your doctor.
