For online purchases:
We will gladly refund or exchange any online purchase within 21 days of receipt, within reasonable use. Please contact customer service via the contact us form or on 0800 634 4366 (during UK office hours), quoting your order number.
For UK and European orders, all products should be returned to NUDE, UK House 6th Floor, 180 Oxford Street London, W1D 1AB, UK.
For US orders, all products should be returned to System Beauty, 731 Eight Twenty Blvd. Ste. 100
