NUDE's uses a safe, synthetic preservative system.
The entire range is formulated to avoid skin irritation which is one of the main causes of premature ageing.
Where possible our products are naturally preserved with Vitamin E. The rest of the range is preserved with our synthetic, safe and non-irritating preservative system. We tested every natural preservative approved by certification bodies but found them to be either irritating or ineffective with our high performance formulations. From our tests we have selected safe and non-irritating alternatives, which work together in very small doses to preserve our products.
Each preservative system includes a combination of 3-4 of the following non-irritating ingredients; phenoxyethanol, sodium dehydroacetate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, dehydroacetic acid or ethylhexylglycerin.
