For those of you who follow us on Facebook and Twitter, you may have noticed quite a bit of activity this month! We kicked off the year by celebrating the philosophy: "Dare To Oil" with Sephora and the concept of "Skin Fitness"  with SpaceNK. While our co-founder Bryan Meehan visited our San Francisco Sephora stores, SpaceNK also had some special guests. This included, celebrity personal trainer, James Duigan (aka the clean and lean warrior). James shared his recipe for a skin-saving smoothie and we just had to share. This mix of probiotic cultures, dark green leaves, anti-oxidizing berries and nutrient-packed foods will give your skin a great new year boost!

Next up on our Nutrition list is the Avocado. It's a fairly common fruit but it's our most recent obsession. A perfect snack, makes for some of the best dips and sides, a salad or a veggie sandwich staple. We love how versatile the Avocado is and we haven't event mentioned yet the gorgeously refreshing smoothies, ice cream or cold summer soup.
