Warm breakfast cereal, coffee and a paper might just be the perfect Saturday morning. This upgraded breakfast porridge not only satisfies that cozy weekend moment, but also upgrades it with beautifying superfoods like chia. These little black seeds do more than hydrate with calcium, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, B vitamins and more. This specific mix of vitamins provide the components for cell membranes production and are essential for healthy skin. The high fiber content in chia helps pull toxins from your system while delivering protein and fat in every bite. The beauty benefits from chia come from the anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids found in 5g of the 9g of fat per serving.
