Everyday Complimentary Shipping
NUDE offers everyday complimentary standard
shipping on US orders over $50,UK orders over £40 and all International orders over £150.
Once you hit the threshold, complimentary shipping
will be automatically applied to your order.
Multiple Ship to Addresses
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to multiple addresses per one order at this time.
We ship to most countries around the world, but
there are some limitations. If your country does not
come up in our menu at checkout, please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise you on
alternatives. For deliveries to Australia and New
Zealand please see below.
Australia and New Zealand Orders
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship
orders to Australia and New Zealand. Instead, you can
find NUDE at Mecca Cosmetica and Mecca Maxima
VAT and Duties
While beautiful skin is welcomed everywhere,
International Orders may be subject to import taxes,
customs duties and fees levied by your country's
customs department upon arrival. When ordering from
nudeskincare.com, the recipient of the shipment is the
importer of record and is responsible for any of these
import fees, as well as complying with all laws and
regulations of the destination country. NUDE does not
collect duties and taxes and we cannot predict what
your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary
widely from country to country, so please contact your
local customs office for more information.
International Order Tracking
In order to provide the most affordable shipping
options to our international customers, we do not
offer trackable international shipping.
We want you to be absolutely happy with every
product you buy from NUDE. If something doesn’t work
out for you, please use the process below to arrange a
refund or exchange.

So we can process your return promptly, please mention
your order number, which products you are sending back
and why and whether you would like a refund or an

(return merchandise authorisation). Simply add this number to the return section of your order confirmation form, then include it in with the product/s you want to
return and mail the whole lot back to us. We suggest
you use a “signed for” mailing service to make sure
your parcel doesn’t get lost on its way. We will get
in touch if we have any questions, otherwise we will
arrange a prompt refund or exchange. We will refund
the full purchase price paid less shipping unless
there was a problem with your delivery or product, in
which case we will contact you and cover original and
return shipping costs. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your
account to be credited.
In Store Purchase Return
Our retail partners were carefully chosen to share
the same sense of customer service as we do. Please
get in touch with the retailer you shopped with and
follow their instructions to return your item.
