Standard Carbon Neutral delivery will take approximately
3 – 5 working days. This may take longer if your order is being delivered outside Europe.
Express Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered on the next working day within the UK. International Express Delivery will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days.
Guaranteed next day means the next working day. For example orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday. To guarantee your nude products arrive the next day, please place your order by 1pm (GMT) Monday – Thursday.
Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
Should there be a delay or problem with your order, we will contact you immediately by email. We are unable to accept liability for loss of orders once we've passed them on to any national postal service other than Royal Mail.
