Business Manager in high end retail - Cambridge

We are currently seeking a polished, poised and enthusiastic Concession Store Manager to oversee day-to-day sales of our product at our John Lewis, Cambridge location.

 

Primary responsibilities to include:

Account Management:
Creation and implementation of a successful business model
Implementation of sales initiatives through direct selling Achievement of account and personal sales targets
Encouraging awareness of NUDE products and brand
Providing and maintaining exceptional customer care


Successful candidates must possess:
Previous management or supervisory experience
Experience working in a high-end retail environment, preferably in Central London department stores
Self motivation and drive; and the ability to successfully work autonomously with minimal supervision

Premium Skincare Freelancer(s): Whole Foods Market, CT

NUDE Skincare is an international company rapidly expanding in the US. We are seeking enthusiastic, sales driven individuals with a passion for skincare to join our existing East Coast team.

We are currently recruiting (3) freelance skincare sales representatives for the following Whole Foods Market, CT locations: Darien, Greenwich, and Westport. Respective hours will fall between 8-12 hours per week to start, with potential for increase.

**Interested candidates MUST be able to work weekends**

Primary responsibilities to include:
• Strong focus on heavy selling.
• To develop and maintain your NUDE client book and customer relationships.
• To master product knowledge enabling you to educate cross-counter associates.
• To plan local event promotion and execution across own locations.

Successful candidates must have:
• At least two years of promotional and retail experience in skincare and/or cosmetics in a luxury retail store environment.
• Proven track record of sales growth and hitting targets with previous company.
• Strong organization, time management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Availability to work weekends.
